Versatile Structures and Spaces
Originally built by the U.S. Army as a support and supply base, Depot Park offers a unique blend of dignified and completely renovated buildings, acre-sized open warehouses (43,560 square feet, each), attractive and flexible office interiors as well as expansive open and covered outside storage areas.
There is an appealing industrial beauty to Depot Park that would be difficult – if not impossible – to duplicate today. Handsome steel trussed roofs with redwood decks top most of the warehouse buildings. Clerestory windows span their entire length, complementing extensive overhead lighting systems with the soft glow of natural light. The warehouses measure 240 feet long by 181.5 feet deep, affording extraordinary flexibility for tailoring interior space. In front and behind each of these eight structures are full-length concrete loading docks with enough room between buildings for even the largest trucks to maneuver.
The quality and integrity of construction in Depot Park is exceptional. And infrastructure is state-of-the-art. Fiber optics telecommunications lines and contemporary electrical systems (with plenty of power) serve every tenant space. Many spaces are also air conditioned.
